Some things to know before you fly.
Hot-bar 2 has your Parachute Hatches, those are push to open, not close. Be warned.

#Things that changed.
Originally it did not have a survival kit and instead had a second modular cargo container in that place, this gave me room for a bottom connector that had to be removed when I added life support. I personally prefer Bottom Connectors, but the only large port I had left was too close to the rear landing gear to allow me to dock properly. I could have made changes, but I wanted the landing gear in that place more than I wanted a bottom connector + a rear one.
#Considerations I made well developing this vehicle.
I wanted this vehicle to be affordable to make in the early game, but I wanted it to stay useful.
V1 did not have a survival kit or hydrogen engine backups, but I found the further I was from Home Base the more I wanted these things. As soon as I could afford to, I put a survival kit in. This Created some dead space inside the body of the Hopper. Behind the cockpit and between the H2 motor and the Forward Battery. If you would like to install any P.B.s this is your spot.
I was going to do a folding landing gear system, but being in survival, I didn't want Clang to take away my hard work, especially when I couldn't afford to replace the Hopper for a long time. That is why it has basic landing gear.
Early on I had both sides of the cabin flanked with benches, for team seating, but when installed the Survival kit, I began modeling with a coast guard rescue helicopter theme in mind. There is a basket winch on the right side, and I tried to fit a bunk on the side for RP storage, but I didn't have the space.
Merge Blocks. I needed to run a mission that required me to move a lot more cargo the Hopper is designed for. It has a strong enough engine to support it, so I have built a second cargo container that can be belly mounted and disconnected after the mission. You may want to do the same so I left the hookups in place for you.
Wing Parts. I wanted this vehicle to spend as little energy as possible on long heavy loads. With the wing parts, I can turn off inertial dampeners and fly almost like a aircraft, but its still not enough wing. You may want to add wings off the side of the Hopper to give you glide effect, but I'll leave that up to you.
Lighting. The Downward Lights are labeled as Flood Lights, the forward lights are labeled Headlights, and the colored lights are Air-Collision standard. Red on left, Green on right, White behind. These lights are useful for multi Hopper missions, so you can see the direction the other Hoppers are facing without zooming in. In a single player or a solo mission, they are just for flavor.
Before Making this into a re-spawn pod, I made a couple little changes to the vehicle, adding a top mounted camera and putting in the decorative trays under the vehicle. In survival.
I made this vehicle R.P.ing a Faction that is named Giant Co. that is why I used a pastel color and a “google” flavored name for the vehicle. I hope to release more under the signature Giant Co, so if your into that sort of Role Play, look forward to it.

I HAVE NOT TESTED THE SAFTEY SHOOTS. Be warned.
When making a second Hopper for the first time I experience a issue with having both docked at the same time. I Don't use (P) to unlock my landing gear and docking port, so when I started hitting hotkeys I found that my toolbar was effecting he other hopper's components. This was a simple fix, renaming the new hopper to h101, and replacing hopper everywhere in the naming conventions, then I just had to redo my toolbar after a !shipfix command whipped my orthogonal ones, and it worked just fine.

This vehicle has been stress tested to ensure that it is usable. If you find any design flaws, please contact me on discord @simplegiant, I will adjust this.
This was built in Survival, so please forgive its lack of warpaint.
